Q) Can I Do A 4WD Driver Training Course At Jeep  Woodhill 4WD Adventure Park In Auckland?

Yes, you have two options:
Option 1: If you ONLY want to do 3.5 hour practical course and not cover any theory with our resident 4x4 trainer - Colin Burden (25 years experience), then it will cost you $95.00 per person.

However, if  you want to cover all of the above PLUS vehicle safety checks, dynamics and trip planning AND you have a full class 1 licence, then we recommend:

Q) Why Should I Take This 4WD Course?

You will be shown how to get the best out of your 4wd driving lessons, one-on-one 4wd driver training, and off road training in a controlled environment where safety comes first and your instructor is patient, experienced and qualified.

Q) Do I Need A Drivers Licence?

Yes. For a practical only course in your own vehicle you need a learners, restricted or full class 1 (car) licence. This is option 1 above and you will invest $95.00 to do this 3.5 hour course.

For the full blown N.Z.Q.A. approved theory + practical 4WD course 4wd you need a full class 1 (car) licence.

Q) Do I Need My Own 4wd Vehicle?

It is better to drive your own 4WD to learn how it behaves off road. If you need us to supply a vehicle we can do this for drivers with a full class 1 (car)

Q) Will My 4WD Vehicle Get Damaged?

This is a basic safety course and every attempt is made to avoid vehicle damage. We cannot guarantee that there will be no damage but it is very unlikely.

Q) How Many People Do You Need For A Course To Take Place?

Q) Do You Take Groups Or Team Building Type Training Events?

Yes! Corporate and private events are organised and run by Trackwise 4WD in conjunction with Jeep  Woodhill 4WD Adventure Park staff and facilities. Tell us what you want for your corporate or private function and we will make it happen! Contact us by clicking here now.
